When goods arrive at our China warehouse, we:
- Check box and item counts against your order
- Check boxes for visible damage
- Weigh and measure to calculate shipping
Detailed check (optional)
- Open boxes to check colour, size and model
- Send you photos or video before shipping
- Basic function testing for some product types
If there's a problem
We tell you first, then help coordinate with the Chinese shop for an exchange or return. Return shipping costs depend on the shop's policy.
